According to the order:
Pending enquiry, Mr. Jasvinder Singh Dua, Managing Director, Jammu and Kashmir Handicrafts (S&E) Corporation, is hereby placed under suspension with immediate effect, in terms of Rule 31 of the Jammu and

Kashmir Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 1956.
During the period of his suspension, Mr. Jasvinder Singh Dua shall remain attached with the office of Divisional Commissioner, Jammu. Mr. Masrat-ul-Islam, KAS, Director Handicrafts, J&K shall hold charge of the post of Managing Director, Jammu and Kashmir Handicrafts (S&E)
Corporation in addition to his own duties, till further orders.
