Srinagar: Body of a 18-year oldgirl was recovered under mysterious conditions from an orchard at Baapora areaof Qazigund in south Kashmir’s Anantnag district.
Reports said that the locals ofthe area spotted the body of the girl hanging in the nearby orchard at Baapora,Qazigund and immediately informed concerned police station about it.
A police team reached the spot andtook the body for postmortem and other legal medico formalities.
A police officer also confirmedthe incident and identified the deceased as Nazia Akhtar (18) Daughter ofMohammad Amin Shah of Baapora, Qazigund.
A case under section 174 CrPc hasbeen registered and initiated further investigations into the incident, policeofficial added.
