Another new development has taken place in the Atishi-Gambhir pamphlet row. The Aam Aadmi Party has sent a legal notice to the BJP and its East Delhi candidate Gautam Gambhir over “derogratory” pamphlet against AAP leader Atishi Marlena.

The Aam Aadmi Party has immediately sought an apology from them in writing and also asked them to publish the same “along with true and correct facts” in newspapers within 24 hours.

This has come a day after Gautam Gambhir had sent a defamation notice to the AAP leader- Arvind Kejriwal, Manish Sisodia and Atishi demanding an unconditional apology for making “defamatory” comments against him.

Gambhir and Atishi are in a three way battle along with Congress candidate Arvinder Singh Lovely from the East-Delhi Lok Sabha Constituency which will go the polls on May 12.
