IG Jammu MK Sinha made this Revelation yesterday at a Press conference that 10 active Militants are present in Kishwar district of Jammu region. He added that all the 10 Militants present in Kishtwar are locals of J&K and there is no specific input of Militants crossing over from South Kashmir.
He admitted that on the last two occasions within a month, the Militants have given a slip to the Security forces and Police has learnt it's lessons.
It is pertinent to mention here that killings of various BJP leaders have been executed by Militants in the last one year which include killing of Parihar brothers and senior RSS leader Chanderkant. The revival of Militancy in Kishtwar which was declared Militancy free in 2009 is a worrying sign for locals and security forces.
