According to the guidelines issues by Ministry of Health and Family welfare, the Districts having massive Outbreak of Coronavirus have been put as identified as Red Zones while those Districts have not seen any new case in the last 14 Days have been identified as Orange Zones. 

Those Districts which have not Reported any case have been kept in the green zone list. However , if no case is Reported in a district categorised as Red Zone for 28 Days, the district shall move to Green Zone while if no case is Reported from a district categorised at Orange zone for 14 Days, the district shall be moved to Green Zone. 

In the UT of J&K, Jammu , Bandipora, Baramulla, Kupwara , SriNagar, Udhampur, Rajouri and Shopian have been kept in the Red Zone and most of the restrictions still Continue in these areas inspite of directives from MHA for giving relaxations to shops selling non-essential Shops. 

Though the number of case in Jammu District have now reduced to 8 and the number of cases in Udhampur are 3 and no new cases have been registered in these districts for last few days, certain Relaxations like opening of Bookshops have been given and more relaxations shall follow after 3rd May when the Central Government is likely to take a call on extending the Lockdown. 

In Kashmir Valley, the Divisional Commissioner had directed that since the active cases have now increased to 366 and a lot of Hotspots have been identified in various districts, the restrictions shall continue and no relaxations shall be given as per the directive of the MHA. 

People in Kashmir have been hiding their travel History which has become a major cause of concern for the authorities and general public and to contain the virus, people shall have to come forward to follow the Lockdown restrictions and disclose their travel History.
