On the first day of B2V3 program in Panchayat Treen Meyari, Block Panthal, Visiting Officer Dr. Vikas Gupta, KAS, Director Handicrafts & Handloom, Jammu, listened to complaints /grievances of people ward wise in presence of Panches, Sarpanches, BDC Chairman & officers/officials of various departments and ensured their timely redressal. A plantation drive was also launched by the Visiting Officer at Panchayat Ghar. Various Govt. Institutions like Schools, Anganwadi Centres & PHC were also visited.
Visiting Officer also started the construction work of lanes & drains and Pond(Bowli)
A Chaupal was also organized where people interacted freely with the Visiting Officer about their problems and raised some issues of public importance.
On the 2nd day of B2V3 program in Panchayat Treen Meyari, Block Panthal, a Gram Sabha and Bal Sabha was organized. In Gram Sabha, draft plan under 15th FC & MGNREGA was approved.
Beneficiaries' lists under various schemes were also read out in Gram sabha.
Stalls were installed by various departments. Various sports activities were also organized and prizes were distributed among winners. Domicile certificates, Ayushman Bharat cards, Mustard seeds, Sports goods, Training certificates in Phoolkari crafts were also distributed. 1000 nos. of masks were handed over to PRI members by Visiting officer to be distributed to school students and locals. Coffee Table Book and Panchayat letter was also handed over to the Panchayat. PRI members and locals appreciated and thanked the visiting Officer for quick redressal of their problems.
