Today around morning time 12 noon, Chowki officer pounichak i/c SI Jaswant singh, SHO Domana Chanchal Singh and SDPO Domana Kosheen koul conducted police public meeting keeping special focus on social distancing with Gujjar community residing in the SOS area of Ponichak PP.
The main focus of the meeting was to make people aware about safety precaution to be taken during this Covid-19 pendamic.Also emphasis was laid to motivate community people to work for police as their eyes and ears so that routine crime can be controlled in particular area. Emphasis was given on narcotics drug control among youth,theft related incident and Bovine theft related issues.The guniune problems of the community people were noted by officers with assurance that police will try to redress their issues related to policing.These steps of police were highly appreciated by local community people.
