Shito-Ryu Karate School of Jammu and Kashmir organised 7th Inter School and Senior Karate Championship at SNS Vidya Mandir School Camp Road , Talab- Tillo Jammu. Contestants from 14 different schools participated in the event . Sh. K.K.Gupta Chief Engineer( Retd.) was the chief guest on the occasion while Dr. A.S Bhadia, Association President Kuljeet Singh Jamwal were Guest of Honour.

Among others who were present on the occasion included General Secretary Amit Singh ,Joint Sect. Sh. Ramesh Raina, Treasurer Vikas Dhar,Association Chief executive Member Opinder Singh and also Present Association Chief Legal Advisior Advocate Rajesh Bhushan .

 The association members presented Special vote of thanks to Principal Of S.N.S Vidya Mandir School ,Camp Road Ms. Manmita Das Raina. Chief Guest Also Distributed Prizes among the winners. The championship was sponsored by Rayat Bahra University(Mohali) who was the Educational Partner of the event. In the Junior Category  boys Category Saksham Manhas ofArmy Public School, Kaluchak school won gold while in the girls category Harseerat Kaur of SKV School won gold medal.
