In the interest of administration, the following transfers andpostings are hereby ordered with immediate effect:-

1. Ms. Avny Lavasa, IAS (JK:2013), Chief Executive  Officer, J&K Economic ReconstructionAgency, is  transferred and posted asCommissioner, Jammu  MunicipalCorporation.

2. Mr. Tasaduq Jeelani, KAS, Managing Director, J&K  Housing Board, is transferred and posted asSpecial  Secretary to the Government,Social Welfare  Department.

 3. Mr. Narinder SinghBali, KAS, awaiting orders of  adjustmentin the General Administration Department,  is posted as Special Secretary to theGovernment,  Youth Services and SportsDepartment.

4. Mr. Gulzar Ahmad Dar, KAS, Additional Secretary to  the Government, Tourism Department, istransferred  and posted as AdditionalInspector General of  Registration,Kashmir, relieving Mr. Bilal Ahmad Bhat, KAS, Additional Commissioner in the office of  Divisional Commissioner, Kashmir of theadditional  charge of the post.

5. Dr. Ravi Shanker Sharma, KAS, Director, Technical  Education, J&K, is transferred and postedas

Managing Director, J&K Housing Board.

6. Mr. Sajad Hussain Ganai, KAS, awaiting orders of  adjustment in the General AdministrationDepartment,  is posted as Director,Technical Education, J&K.

7. Mr. Pankaj Magotra, KAS, Commissioner, Jammu  Municipal Corporation, is transferred andposted as  Additional Secretary to theGovernment, PHE,  Irrigation and FloodControl Department.

8. Mr. Ghulam Mohammad Dar, KAS, Vice-Chairman,  Lakes and Waterways Development Authority,holding  additional charge of Director,Horticulture, Planning  and Marketing,J&K, is transferred and posted as  ExecutiveDirector, J&K Entrepreneurship  DevelopmentInstitute.

9. Mr. Imam Din, KAS, Additional District Development  Commissioner, Doda, is transferred and postedas  Director, Horticulture, Planning andMarketing, J&K.

10. Mr. Ramesh Chander, KAS, Additional District  Development Commissioner, Reasi, is transferredand  posted as Additional DistrictDevelopment  Commissioner, Jammu, againstan available vacancy.

11. Mr. Tufail Matoo, Executive Director, J&K  Entrepreneurship Development Institute,is  transferred and posted asVice-Chairman, Lakes and  Waterways DevelopmentAuthority.

12. Mr. Pawan Kumar Sharma, KAS, Deputy Excise  Commissioner (Accounts), Jammu, is transferredand  posted as Additional Secretary inthe Resident  Commission, J&KGovernment, New Delhi.

13. Mr. Narinder Khajuria, KAS, Additional Secretary to  the Government, Housing and UrbanDevelopment  Department, is transferredand posted as Additional  Secretary tothe Chief Secretary.

14. Mr. Pankaj Kumar Sharma, KAS, Deputy Excise  Commissioner (Toll Post), Lakhanpur, istransferred  and posted as AdditionalSecretary to the  Government, Housing andUrban Development  Department.
