To review the lockdown arrangements, the Inspector Generalof Police Jammu Zone,  Shri MukeshSingh-IPS visited twin district Poonch and Rajouri  this morning where he took stock ofpreparedness and measures to contain the spread of Virus . He also took stockof preventive measures being taken for the police personnel deployed atsensitive places.

He was accompanied by DIG of Police Poonch –Rajouri RangeShri Vivek Gupta-IPS

During his visit the IGP Jammu  held meeting with  senior Police /CAPF officers to review the Police preparedness to contain thespread of Cornona-virus. He appreciated the role of every personnel of bothdistricts for working day and night.

IGP Jammu stressed upon all the officers & jawans to download #ArogyaSetu App in theircell Phones for checking  the risk factorof COVID-19 virus .

Later IGP Jammu reviewed the arrangements being made at quarantinecenters. The districts SSsP gave the detailed briefing to the IGP Jammu aboutthe preparedness and measures taken against the fight of COVID 19 in theirrespective districts.
