IT department conducts raids at multiple locations in Srinagar

The sleuths of Income Tax (IT) department on Friday conducted raids at multiple locations in the outskirts of summer capital, Srinagar, official sources said.

They said a team of IT department headed by Deputy Director Income Tax raided six locations at Zainakote area in city outskirts on this morning.

They said a hospital “Noora Hospital” residence of the hospital owner and four other houses were raided. Besides searches were also conducted in one of the godown , they said adding the operation was still going on when the reports last came in.
