On the instruction of Ms. Avny Lavasa IAS, CommissionerJammu Municipal Corporation and under the supervision of Joint Commissioner(Adm), the Enforcement Staff led by the Chief Enforcement Officer JammuMunicipal Corporation, while further continuing the drive vigorously and actingtough against the violations and unauthorized construction in the differentareas falling under the jurisdiction of Jammu Municipal Corporation and sealedthe following commercial premises under the provisions of section 8 (1) ofJ&K Control of Building Operation Act, 1988.

 I. Sealed thepremises of Pirinkle Mahajan S/o Sh. Pawan Kumar at Bye Pass Road, Deeli, Jammufor erecting construction against the approved building plan.

II. Sealed the premises of Nikhal Mittal S/o Sh, ParveenMittal at Marble Market, Jammu for erecting the unauthorized constructionwithout the permission of jammu municipal Corporation.

The Jammu Municipal Corporation once again appeals toGeneral Public to refrain from making encroachments and unauthorizedconstructions otherwise action as admissible under rule leading to demolition /sealing will be taken.
