Today Rotary Club Jammu Tawi honored Doctors with Rotary International Certificate of Appreciation at Rotary Bhawan, in a simple but impressive function ,by Sh. Jugal Kishore Member Parliament Jammu Poonch Constituency, in presence of District Governor Dr. Dushyant Chaudhary ,President Rotary Sh. Raman Sherpuri along with Rotarian Ramnik singh Rotarian Parveen Singh and Rotarian Subash Gandotra.
Jugal Kishore Sharma Member of Parliament while appreciating and honoring the exemplary efforts of the these men and women in white said that these front line workers served during COVID-19 are working tirelessly to help save the patients while putting their own lives at risk.He said that unexpected Novel Corona Virus Pandemic broke out in the whole world leading to very critical situations but also brought forward heroism that our front line warriors like doctors has shown is highly appreciable. Drenched in sweat, hustling endlessly to serve round the clock, the world is witnessing how doctors, and all the healthcare workers, are risking their own health and their families’ for the greater good of humankind.
Member of Parliament also thanked the Volunteers of the Rotary Club Tawi Jammu who has been involved in preparing food and getting it distributed to the Doctors and among the needies under Feed The Needy programme in Nationwide.
