Jugal Kishore Sharma Member of Parliament BJP (Lok Sabha) Jammu-Poonch along with senior leaders BJP and Sarpanches & Panches visited village Kathar in Nagrota Constituency and laid foundation stone for Construction of Kathar Ponthal Road under Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana.
Jugal Kishore Sharma Member of Parliament while addressing the gathering at the occasion said that the road is very important as it connects large number thickly populated villages Kathar, Kangrail, Balaad, Sangad, Challana, Pathwar, Ponthal and adjoining areas of Block Dansal and Nagrota and a large number of people get benefited through the said road. The road is stretched over the length of 8 Kms and its sanctioned cost is 5.20 crores approximately. He said that Kathar ponthal road also includes one bridge to be constructed and it was the burning demand of the area. He said that this is due to Honourable Prime Minister Sh Narendra Modi Ji's hard efforts and BJP lead Government in Center that every corner of rural area is getting developed by means of road connectivity under Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojna Scheme.
Member of Parliament said that agenda of Bharatiya Janata Party is "Sabka Saath Sabka Vikas Sabka Vishwas" & "Antodaya" to empower the last man standing in que.
People of Kathar Ponthal Pathwar and adjoining areas warm welcomed Member of Parliament with great Pomp and Show & thanked him for putting his great efforts to execute the project.
Senior Leaders BJP Nand Kishore, Parkash Singh, Uttam Singh, Baldev Singh, Chuni Singh, Vijay Gupta, Gilla Pant, Sunil, Pankaj, Sarpanch Anil Barsala, Ashwani Singh & Panches, Executive Engineer Rampaul Gupta, Aee Rajesh Gupta & others were present at the occasion.
