Lieutenant Governor Jammu and Kashmir, Manoj Sinha launches Electronic Vaccine Intelligence Network (eVIN).
The initiative aims at rationalizing vaccine flow and distribution across J&K.
LG Sinha said “With the launch of e-VIN in J&K, a robust system has been institutionalized which consists of a mobile & web-based application for cold chain handlers embracing technology to effectively manage vaccine, logistics, &cold chain by building capacities of cold chain personnel.”
Standardizing of stock-keeping & distribution procedures would be done by use of simple mobile-based application with innovative useof technology &Cloud-based server for hosting data from allcold chain points empowering vaccine logistics manager through real-timestock visibility.
