One terrorist was killed in an encounter with security forces in Pulwama district of Jammu and Kashmir on Saturday, Kashmir Zone Police said.
“One terrorist killed. Operation is underway. Further details shall follow,” the Kashmir Zone Police tweeted quoting Vijay Kumar IGP, Kashmir.
Police had earlier informed that an encounter broke out in the Pulwama district of south Kashmir. The gun fight broke out in the Drabgam area of the district, they said.
