Senior National Conference Leader and Former Minister Mr Ajay Kumar Sadhotra today visited office of the Jammu Kashmir National Panther Party to pay homage and respects to departed Leader Prof Bhim Singh. He expressed profound grief and sorrow over the passing away of Prof. Bhim Singh, Chairman Jammu Kashmir National Panther Party.
In his condolence message Mr Sadhotra described Prof Bhim Singh a legendary politician with qualities of head and heart, who kept public interest above all during his public life.
In the death Prof Bhim Singh, Jammu and Kashmir has lost an energetic, sincere and public spirited leader, who worked tirelessly for welfare of the people. He was a leading legal practitioner whose contribution has been immense, Mr Sadhotra said. Meanwhile  Sadhotra today condemned brutal and inhuman killing of Mrs Rajni Bala, a young teacher in a school in the Gopalpura area of Kulgam District, saying the targeted terror attacks have assumed alarming proportions in the Valley and the government must take effective measures to instil sense of security and confidence among the people in general and those working there in particular.
In a statement, Mr Sadhotra said terror violence has no space in a civilised society and such acts are direct onslaught on the people, who believe in peace, harmony and co-existence. He sought immediate action against the perpetrators of the crime to deliver justice to the victim whose crime was to impart education to the children in the remote village of Kashmir.
Mr Sadhotra conveyed condolences to the bereaved family and prayed for peace to the noble soul and strength to the bereaved members of the family.
