Former Minister and Ex-MLA Jammu West visited GMC (Government Medical College) to enquire about the health of people who were injured in the fire incident occurred at Gole Pully, Talab Tillo area. Sharma along with others including District President BJP Munish Khajuria, State Secretary & Corporator Sanjay Baru and many others visited the injured in the hospital and asked the doctors and administration of GMC for providing every possible help to the injured so that their recovery could be done at the earliest.

Speaking on the occasion, Sat Sharma expressed deep sorrow on the sad demise of three fire fighters (Fire Brigade Men) who lost their precious lives while putting out a blaze and saving the lifes of others. Sharma stated that he has also spoken to higher ups concerning this matter and every possible assistance to the families of the deceased and injured will be provided.  

He also stated that he was extremely anguished by the fire tragedy in Talab Tillo area. My thoughts are with bereaved families. May the injured recover quickly, he added. He also asked the Jammu and Kashmir administration and local authorities to provide all possible assistance to those affected.
