Senior Jammu and Kashmir Administrative Services (JKAS) officer Bharat Singh Manhas, a member of the 2001 batch, has passed away. Manhas was serving as the Secretary of the Jammu and Kashmir Academy of Art, Culture, and Languages (JKAACL).
