Taking Narendra Modi led NDA Government schemes at grass root level, Former Minister and Ex-MLA Jammu West Sat Sharma (CA) distributed golden cards to beneficiaries of Pradhan Mantri Ayushman Bharat hailing from Wazir Lane, Ward 41. Sharma was also accompanied by District President BJP Munish Khajuria, Mandal President Keshav Chopra, Incharge Ayushman Bharat Jammu West  Puneet Mahajan and  several others.

Speaking on the occasion, Sat Sharma said that Ayushman Bharat is a scheme where crores of needy people across India have been benefited and in Jammu West, the score has reached to thousands and Jammu West has set up teams in both Mandals including Janipur and Talab Tillo covering all 26 wards of the Constituency where hundreds of people visit daily to get their registration certificates of Ayushman Bharat.

He stated that the beneficiaries whose golden card has been distributed namely Joginder Singh and his wife, met with a major accident some days back and due to his inability to cope up with the expenditure for treatment; his and his wife’s golden card was given to him so that they can avail the benefits for their treatment under the scheme in good hospitals across the country.

He also said that in coming days they will distribute these certificates to them by going ward wise so that every possible facility could be provided to the needy at their doorsteps. He stated that under many Central sponsored schemes were implemented in Jammu West at grass root level which helped common man a lot to change its lifestyle.

He also stated that BJP is the only party committed to the cause of improving lifestyle of needy people. He urged the beneficiaries as well to reach out to remaining people and spread the policies of BJP at booth level.
