The Jammu and Kashmir Government has approved a delegation led by Minister Sakeena Masood (Itoo) to visit Singapore from October 21 to 23 to participate in ITB Asia 2026.According to Government Order No. 1628-JK(GAD) of 2026, issued by the General Administration Department (GAD) on October 12, the delegation will include Vikas Gupta, JKAS, Director Tourism, Jammu; Suraj Parkash Rukwal, JKAS, Special Secretary to the Government in the Tourism Department; and Rashim Deepika Thusoo, Director Finance, Tourism Department.
Sakeena Masood holds charge of the Health and Medical Education, School Education, Higher Education and Social Welfare departments.
The order stipulates that the delegation’s visit will be subject to obtaining the requisite clearances from the concerned ministries of the Government of India and completing other prescribed formalities.
