The two Pakistani Jaish-e-Mohammed (JeM) militants killed during Operation Soan in Udhampur district have been identified as Saddam and Mustafa, Jammu and Kashmir Police said on Thursday.In a post on X, the police said a cache of weapons and ammunition was recovered from the slain militants following the joint operation by security forces.
The recoveries included an AK assault rifle with four magazines, an M4 carbine with three magazines, a Glock pistol with two magazines and four grenades.
The two militants were killed during the security forces joint operation in Udhampur, which was subsequently followed by the identification of the deceased and recovery of the weapons, police said.
