Prabhas' highly anticipated film, Adipurush, is enjoying a great run in theatres. The film grossed over Rs 340 crore worldwide in its opening weekend and is still going strong at the box office. On Sunday, June 18, the film did great business in theatres and is said to have earned nearly Rs 64 crore in India. This Monday, June 19, is quite crucial for Adipurush and one has to wait and see if the film will be able to hold well during the weekdays.In two days since its release, Adipurush earned over Rs 240 crore worldwide. The film has also been receiving flak over its dialogues and subpar VFX.

On June 18, Adipurush registered yet another solid Sunday at the box office. Going by the early trade estimates, the film has collected nearly Rs 64 crore at the domestic box office. This takes the opening weekend collection to over Rs 340 crore. Now, Adipurush has to prove its worth during the weekdays as well.

In three days, Adipurush's total collection now stands at Rs 216 crore in India. The film had an occupancy of 61.75 per cent in Hindi on Sunday, June 18.

ALL ABOUT ADIPURUSH
Written and directed by Om Raut, Adipurush is a mythological tale based on Valmiki's Ramayana. The film features Prabhas, Saif Ali Khan and Kriti Sanon in lead roles. Sunny Singh and Devdatta Nage are part of the supporting cast. The film is said to be on a massive budget of Rs 500 crore.

Adipurush has been receiving negative reviews from critics and audiences alike. The makers have altered certain dialogues after backlash.
