In an alleged ‘Money and Technology Transfer ’ case, Jammu Police in RS Pura has filed charge sheet against 6 hardcore OGWs of Jaish-e-Mohammad (a banned terrorist organisation )including a Pakistani terrorist Abdul Rehman lodged in Kot Bhalwal Jail.
The charge sheet got filed at 3rd Additional Session Court Jammu.
The case against the accussed was registered at police station RS Pura Jammu.The accused were motivating youth to join militant outfit Jaish-e-Mohammad and provided logistic support to them .
Further investigation in the case is under progress and supplementary challan would be produced in due course of time.
