The Government of Jammu & Kashmir has assigned additional charge of the post of Managing Director, State Procurement & Supplies Agency (SPSA) to the Director, Rural Development Jammu.
According to Government Order No. 130-JK(RD&PR) of 2026 dated April 30, 2026, the arrangement has been made in the interest of administration and will remain in effect until the post is filled on a regular basis by the General Administration Department.
The order states that the Director, Rural Development Jammu shall hold the charge of Managing Director, SPSA in addition to her own duties.
The decision supersedes the earlier Government Order No. 596-JK(RD&PR) of 2023 dated October 31, 2023.
The order has been issued by the Department of Rural Development and Panchayati Raj and signed by Secretary to the Government, Mohammad Aijaz (IAS).
