The key features of "Bill Suvidha inter alia included Instant Bill Access and Payment, Smart Consumption Monitoring, Multi Account Management, Service Request Handling and Energy Saving Tips.

Through a detailed statement of accounts, they can view their detailed transactions for accounting and auditing purposes.
