J&K BJP President and Rajya Sabha MP Sat Sharma chaired a meeting at the party headquarters, Trikuta Nagar, Jammu, to review preparations for the upcoming edition of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s popular public outreach programme, “Mann Ki Baat.”

The meeting was attended by BJP Jammu & Kashmir Vice President Rakesh Mahajan, BJP General Secretaries Sanjita Dogra, Baldev Singh Billawaria, and Gopal Mahajan, along with BJP J&K “Mann Ki Baat” Convener Vibodh Gupta, Secretaries Reema Padha, and Arun Sharma, senior leader Veenu Khanna, senior leader Narayan Dutt Tripathi, Social Media Incharge Dr. Makson Tickoo, and other party functionaries.

Sat Sharma, while addressing the meeting, called upon party leaders and workers to ensure the successful conduct of the upcoming “Mann Ki Baat” programme at the maximum number of booths across the Union Territory. He emphasized that the programme has evolved into a powerful national platform through which the Prime Minister directly connects with the people of the country and discusses issues of national importance, social concern, innovation, culture, youth empowerment, environmental protection, women-led development, health awareness, and public participation in nation-building.

Sat Sharma said that “Mann Ki Baat” is a unique initiative that highlights inspiring stories, achievements, and historical contributions from every corner of the nation while giving recognition to ordinary citizens who are bringing extraordinary change in society. He added that the programme has played a significant role in transforming several ideas into mass movements by encouraging public participation in campaigns related to cleanliness, water conservation, vocal for local, fitness, environmental awareness, and social harmony.

Sharma further stated that the BJP cadre must ensure that people from all walks of life actively participate in the programme so that the Prime Minister’s message reaches every household and inspires collective responsibility towards nation-building.

Vibodh Gupta, speaking on the occasion, stressed the importance of extensive booth-level preparations and coordination to make the programme more impactful and participatory. He said that BJP workers across Jammu & Kashmir are committed to ensuring maximum public outreach and enthusiastic participation in the upcoming episode of “Mann Ki Baat.”
