The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the admit cards for the NEET UG Re-Examination 2026, scheduled to be held on June 21. Candidates who are set to appear for the re-test can now download their hall tickets from the official NEET website.

How to download the NEET UG Re-Exam admit card?
Candidates can access their admit cards by visiting the official NEET portal and logging in with their credentials.

Steps to download the NEET UG Re-Exam admit card:
Visit the official website: neet.nta.nic.in
Click on the "NEET UG 2026 Admit Card" or re-exam hall ticket link on the homepage.
Enter the application number and date of birth/password.
Fill in the security captcha and submit the details.
The admit card will appear on the screen.
Download the document and take a printout for future reference.
Ahead of the release of the admit card, NTA had already made the city intimation slip available for candidates. The slip allows students to know the city where their examination centre has been allotted, helping them make travel arrangements in advance.

The city slip can also be downloaded through the official website using the candidate's application number and password.

Enhanced security measures for June 21 examination
With the re-examination being conducted under heightened scrutiny, authorities have introduced several additional security measures to ensure a fair and transparent process. The Indian Air Force will assist in the transportation and logistics of question papers, while central and state agencies have been deployed to oversee security arrangements at multiple levels.

The measures come in the wake of concerns surrounding the earlier examination and are aimed at preventing any irregularities. NTA has also announced a few changes intended to make the examination process more convenient for candidates.

Students will now receive an additional 15 minutes, extending the examination duration from 180 minutes to 195 minutes. The test will be conducted from 2 PM to 5:15 PM. In another change, the amount of space provided for rough work has been increased. Candidates will be given four rough-work pages in the question booklet instead of the earlier two pages.

NEET UG exam pattern remains unchanged
The NEET UG re-examination will consist of 180 compulsory questions, including 45 questions each from Physics and Chemistry and 90 questions from Biology.

Candidates are advised to download their admit cards at the earliest, review all examination guidelines carefully and keep the necessary documents ready ahead of the June 21 test.
