Pakistani Drone Intrusion Foiled at LoC in Poonch

Early this morning, the Indian Army spotted a Pakistani drone attempting to infiltrate into the Indian side of the Line of Control (LoC) in the Shahpur sector of Poonch district. The vigilant troops of the Indian Army fired 8-10 rounds at the drone, forcing it to retreat back to Pakistan-occupied Kashmir (PoK).

According to sources, the drone was immediately detected upon entering Indian territory, and prompt action was taken to neutralize it. The Indian Army's swift response thwarted the infiltration attempt.

Pakistan has frequently attempted to use drones for surveillance and infiltration across the LoC, but these efforts continue to be foiled by the alertness of the Indian forces.
