The J&K government in a order today asked its employees to desist from any direct or indirect association with JEI and JKLF, the order has been passed with reference to the Government of India's order dated 22 nd March 2019 in which both these organizations were declared "unlawful".
The order says that any participation in events related to these organizations shall attract punitive action against the employees under J&K employees conduct rules of 1971. The government has asked the HODs and Administrative Secretaries of the concerned departments to bring this order to the notice of all concerned.
